Sandeep Khanna has 29 years of international experience in Strategy, Business Management and New Market Entry in a career with Shell, ICI and the Tata Group. He has held several leadership positions at country and global level, based out of India and UK.

Sandeep's last role was Director Petroleum Retailing and Marketing with Tata Consultancy in UK. Prior to that he spent 20 years with Shell where he held numerous positions like Regional Sales Manager South and East India, Global Retail Planning & Strategy Manager based in UK, Global Manager Aviation Specialties also based in UK, and Country Downstream - One Manager for India. He also had stints in Shell's New Market Entry group and Natural Gas business. With ICI he did sales and marketing assignments in agricultural products business.

Sandeep is a strategy consultant to Indian SMEs and MNCs looking to enter India. He is an active guest speaker, startup mentor, leadership coach and trainer. He is an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi and has attended management development programs at the Cranfield School of Management UK, INSEAD France, and IMD Switzerland. His interests include cricket and Hindi poetry.
