Job Description

-Finalization of Corporate Tax Returns/ Wealth Tax Returns/ TDS Returns/ for corporate clients – both domestic clients and foreign clients
-Tax advisory on various tax issues and well versed with Domestic law i.e. Income Tax Act and International taxation involving interpretation of tax treaties
-Working knowledge of other laws such as FEMA, Companies Act
-Independently handle assessment/reassessment proceedings including preparation of written submissions and representation before various income tax authorities
-Independently handle DRP and Appellate proceedings including drafting submissions, research and representation before DRP and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)
-Assist in Appellate proceedings before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in drafting submissions, research and briefing counsels and representing the matter
