Unlike other organisations, CCI gives their employees a platform to grow as per one’s capability and interest. I have met many ignited minds in CCI who motivated me to work more efficiently. Senior Management is always approachable and receptive and makes sure that the suggestions and opinions of employees are included in the organisation’s planning process. One thing I always appreciate the most is the friendly & family oriented atmosphere. I still feel that I am a part of CCI. Thanks for the many great years!!

Almost every Japanese expat falls in sick in India at least once, and this strucked to me one month after I came to India in 2013. I felt extremely sorry, since I knew that myself gave lots of troubles during my absence at work. However, no one never complained and even took care of me warmly. Someone took over my task and another reported the recent project situation to me by email. This experience was sufficient to meke me understand that CCI is a company which works as a team.CCI, Partners, Senior stuffs, Associates, every class of people are always positive and trying to challenge something new. Even at the moment it seems difficult to achieve, never hesitate to decline the clients’ request and think over the possibility to overcome the situation.Warmness, which made me believe that CCI is my second home and place to return. While severe competitiveness as a professional within firm, I always felt comfortable with open mindness of Indian colleagues, and was assisted by lots of hands both for my personal and official affairs. It is sure that such affective impressions should be conveyed to the clients too.
I joined in CCI in 2013 and worked as a Japan Desk member of CCI Chennai / Bangalore office. One of my success in CCI journey was to be chosen as a Platform Coordinator of JETRO Chennai office. I appreciated that CCI Partners are very supportive to me and I think that the kindness of all the Indian staffs makes CCI a great place to work also for Japanese!
The most important thing I learned in CCI was working in teams and completing assignments within the stipulated timelines. Customer orientation is the key to be successful and is something which is at the core of CCI’s strategy. This was something that I learned at CCI and have utilized in every endeavor since then.
